“The expectations this year are high, as they always are at Beechwood. We had a young group that caught on fast to the varsity level, and looking to improve with more experience. We lost one senior that is pursuing a career at the collegiate level and expect the young kids to fill the holes we will be missing. Our challenge this season will be leadership, due to the departure of our senior leader. Every year at Beechwood we expect a tough regular season schedule to help us compete for a district championship, 9th Region Tournament and for 2 state titles (All A State Tournament and the KHSAA State Tournament).”
